Why are we afraid to not be ordinary?

I had a conversation with an acquaintance today that was such a breath of fresh air. The constant internal critics that we are on ourselves as trainers, coaches in the “physical” world. The truth is that in Life, it all comes down to our own self worth, self-love, the maturity of recognizing that you do your best at whatever stage you are in your life in that moment. When you think that you’re the only one thinking something, you’re not!!!

Wisdom comes with age and healing comes with new opportunities every single day. For some of us, for whatever reason, we think that ordinary is not enough? But….. what does ordinary mean to you? For me it means acceptance of self just the way I am… It means not having to prove someone that I am not. It means loving myself for who I am and not having to change the “real” me to fit in.

Being true to yourself, being true to your values, accepting what you’re going through and learning the repeated lessons until you get it right is being ordinary. Being ok with the ups and downs is being ordinary. Not feeling that every single day is a competition is being ordinary and being in love with life is a gift that only a few recognize within.

The gift of Life is such an opportunity. Life is precious and whatever you want to manifest to become the best version of you is possible, no matter what your past circumstances have been…. Everyday that you wake up is another opportunity for the life that you want.

“I look for the opportunity in whatever comes my way. I am worthy to receive abundance, love and all that is aligned with my highest destiny.”
