Meraki Protein Smoothie

If you know you know, how delicious this smoothie is! It was a previous post-pilates purchase, but as of right now it’s unavailable at the studio :( but that doesn’t mean that you can’t make it at home!

Enjoy as a post workout breakfast/snack to keep you satisfied and powering through your day!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • handful of spinach

  • 1 tbs hemp seeds

  • 1 tbs almond butter

  • 1 serving protein powder

  • cinnamon

  • almond milk/water to blend

  • ice

*feel free to replace the hemp seeds for chia/flax seed, and the almond butter for another nut butter such as peanut butter, etc!

METHOD:

  • place all ingredients into blender until smooth

  • pour into your favourite cup and enjoy!
